What to include in a freight transport request

An accurate quote starts with clear information. The more detail you provide about the cargo, route and loading sites, the easier it is to prepare a practical transport option.

Describe the cargo

Tell us what needs to be transported: scrap metal, copper or cable scrap, rolled steel, poles or supports, metal structures, fertiliser or consumer goods. Include any information available about the quantity, weight and dimensions.

Specify the route

Provide the pickup and delivery points, preferred dates and contact people at both sites. The Ural Federal District is our primary service area.

Mention loading and securing requirements

Tell us who will load and unload the cargo, whether site access is restricted and how the cargo is prepared for dispatch. Vehicles are equipped with load stanchions and securing straps.

Choose the billing format

KTZ LOGISTICS provides services with or without VAT. State the option you need when requesting a quote.

Send the request

Leave your contact details in the form or contact us by phone or email. Our team will clarify the task and prepare a transport solution.
